• Love my Saturday mornings at Kettlebells with Dori! It's the best way to start my weekend; bit of fresh air and some girl power with a lovely bunch of like minded ladies! Dori is so motivational and she's great at differentiating to suit everyone's individual needs, no matter what your fitness levels are. Each week is different which keeps you on your toes but best of all, I've lost two dress sizes since I started 9months ago and Kettlebells has definitely had a lot to do with that! I'd 100% recommend it!

  • I joined Buggyfit 6 weeks after having my first baby and super loved it. I had split tummy muscles but was totally unaware until Dori diagnosed it, the exercises at Buggyfit helped but unfortunately upon returning to work I couldn't keep up with attending and things lapsed. It wasn't until I decided to join kettle bells and Dori rechecked my split.... it has gotten worse that we had a frank conversation about my ongoing back pain and stress incontinence and decided to work together to sort this out. To be honest I don't love exercise (I wish I did and was skeptical about how much things would improve!). We looked at my posture, my split and what I was doing. Dori set me very simple subtle sets of exercises, learning to re-engage my core, activate my pelvic floor and breaaaaathe!!!! I can honestly say things have definitely improved, my gap, my continence and my awareness of my own body!   • Dori is fab, she’s very encouraging and works you hard, it’s not just a stroll around the park. Dori gives brilliant advice too from working out to diet and postnatal support. I’ve been having so much fun at buggyfit and there are such lovely, friendly mums to work out with. Do it!! � Xx
